TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome! This is the Terms of Service written to not only protect myself as an artist, but also you as a commissioner. Please review the points stated in this page.
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated here.
GENERAL INFORMATION
You must be 18 or older to purchase artwork from me.
1. Please contact me via Furaffinity notes or Discord if you have any questions or concerns.
2. I reserve copyright for all of my artwork
3. I reserve the right to deny any commissions or requests for any reason.
4. I rely heavily on your responses to notes or discord messages, if you are unable to respond to my messages in a timely manner for whatever reason, please tell me so that we can make arrangements about your artwork.
5. If you do not respond to my messages in a timely manner (1 week or more) I will either continue the commission to completion or hold all processes on the commission until contact is received depending on how far into the commission we are.
• I reserve the right to adjust my prices at any time.
• Violators of my Terms of Service are subject to blacklisting.
• I reserve the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time.
THE COMMISSION PROCESS
1. You message/note me with the inquiry of purchasing a commission.
2. If I accept your commission, we will discuss pricing.
3. Once payment is received, I will begin working.
4. You receive an update at the end of the sketch phase.
5. You receive a second update at the finishing of the line-art.
6. You receive a third update at the finishing of the flat color.
7. You may receive another update in the middle of the shading process.
8. The full resolution pictures are uploaded to dropbox in a RAR file and are sent to your Furaffinity notes or Discord.
General turnout time is 2-4 weeks from the start of the commission.
I generally work one at a time down my queue.
~ Revisions are allowed to be made when I send in the sketch and line-work portions. Once approved, no more changes or additions will be made to the linework.
~ Another revision will be allowed at the time of the flat color work in progress picture. If something is wrong (Errors with colors/markings/tattoos, etc.) this is where it will be changed. Flat colors, once approved, will not be changed from this point on.
~If you are ever curious about the progress of a commission, I can be contacted through FA notes or Discord messages and I will return your note as soon as possible.
Making changes to artwork after the cutoff phases listed above are subject to extra fees.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
• All payments will be done through Paypal, typically through an invoice.
• All payments will be made in full up-front.
• I do not offer payment plans.
• I do not accept e-checks, mailed checks, mailed prepaid/gift cards, mailed cash, any online or video game currencies, miscellaneous items or games as payment.
• All payments are USD only.
• Please understand that I am not responsible for any extra fees you may have to pay for currency exchange, transfer fees, etc.
• Refund Policy •
I do not issue refunds unless in extreme cases. These cases can vary.
• If you file a Paypal dispute without contacting me first and explaining your reasons/attempting to work out the issue with me, you will be blacklisted.
• I reserve the right to refund your commission and drop it at any time for any reason.
• I will not refund completed artwork pieces whatsoever.
• If there is a problem I will gladly fix it for you. Do not be afraid to speak up.
AUCTIONS, YCH, AND ADOPTABLES
• Auctions and YCH •
• No retracting, hiding, editing, or fake bids. If you retract, edit, or hide your bid without contacting me first, you will be blacklisted from future auctions.
• Winning bids must pay within 48 hours of the auction's end.
• If the highest bidder does not pay by the end of 48 hours, I will give the win to the second highest bidder if they are still interested, otherwise, the auction will be re-posted for re-bidding.
• Autobuys must be payed within 48 hours of autobuy date.
• If you contact me right away with a request to extend the payment due date, we can work something out.
• Adoptables •
• Adopts are non-refundable
• The adopt can be re-sold for the same price or lower than what you bought it for if the character does not have any artwork.
• If the character has artwork, please sell them for the original purchase price plus the value of the artwork the character has to you.
• Please credit me for the original design, do not claim the design as your own.
FREE ARTWORK AND RAFFLES
• All free artwork opportunities, raffles, etc. are for my watchers (new or old) only.
• You are not entitled to free artwork
• I reserve the right to drop free artwork at any time for any reason.
• Commissions take priority over free artwork.
• Hounding me for free artwork will get you blacklisted from free art opportunities.
• If you harass free artwork recipients or myself following a raffle because you did not win/get chosen, you will be blacklisted from future raffles.
• All free artwork is artistic freedom with some exceptions, if you are uncomfortable with this please do not participate in free artwork events.
• If you watch and un-watch me following a free artwork event, you will be blacklisted from future free artwork opportunities.
• I do not typically make changes to free artwork.
• I do not offer work-in-progress pictures of free artwork.
• Hounding me for updates on free artwork will blacklist you from any further free artwork.
• Requests are exclusively of my characters only.
• Trades are selectively chosen.
AS A CUSTOMER
• I retain all copyrights to my artwork, your character(s) are still under your own copyright, and by commissioning me you are permitting me to use them for the artwork, you will always be credited for the characters involved.
• Anything commissioned from me may be uploaded to your own gallery, website, wherever you want.
• If the commission is a gift for someone or their character is featured, you and the recipient/character owners can upload it.
• You are NOT allowed to make any changes/edits to the artwork unless I state otherwise.
• You may NOT re-sell the artwork as a standalone product. You may print the pictures for your personal use but cannot sell any prints you make. Any commercial products that will be sold with the use of my artwork must be given permission first.
• You must credit me for my work. Do not claim the work as your own.
• Please do not remove my watermark/signature.

BLACKLIST
If you are blacklisted for breaking one of the rules on my terms of service you may not be able to:
• Purchase commissioned artwork from me.
• Participate in auctions for YCHs and Adoptables.
• Purchase any premades or bases or flat-rate YCHs or adoptables.
• Participate in free art raffles, givaways, and any sort of freebies for my watchers.
Not all restrictions may apply to you. Restrictions are based on the severity of the incident.
If you are on the blacklist, how do you get off of it?
• Write me a note stating your interest in being taken off the blacklist and why, along with reading over my terms of service carefully and confirming that you have read and understood why you were on the blacklist.
• If accepted, I will remove you from the blacklist.
• If you break my terms of service a second time, you will not be able to be taken off of the blacklist. It will be permanent.
ARTWORK WITH/OF MY CHARACTERS
If you are interested in artwork with one of my characters, do not be afraid to ask.
Please do not use my characters without my direct permission.
• All artwork commissioned with my characters are discounted on a picture by picture basis.
